windburn cheeks... chapped skin

Grayson suffers from really dry skin with having had infant dermatitis since he was a baby. He has eczema and we use oils daily to help manage his skin. In the winter when the weather is dry, if he plays outside his cheeks always get wind burned and chapped. They hurt by the evening. He doesn't want lotion.. lets face it.. lotion stings!
